About Me

Hi I'm Natalie and I am passionate about the long-term benefits that massage can offer everyone. During my studies to become a Massage Therapist, my thinking on massage changed from seeing it as just a 'treat' to seeing that massage is investing in the body's overall wellbeing. Don't get me wrong massage is still a 'treat' but one that I now appreciate on a different level, which is the whole body's maintenance. Massage is investing in your own mental and physical wellbeing, helping to encourage your body work at its best.

The other important thought I had through my learning is that as a massage therapist I wanted to make massage as accessible to as many people as possible. So at the heart of Time Out Massages it has to be a mobile service be that in peoples home or workplace. Through the different types of massage treatments and the equipment that I have, massage can be made available to more people young to old.

Through my previous working career I experienced first hand the benefits of Corporate On-site Chair Massage being offered by my Employers. I am so happy I can offer this service and bring the benefits to everyday working life.

I have studied at The London School of Massage voted LUX 'Best Massage Therapy Training Provider 2017', where I gained my ITEC Level 3 Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology and Body Massage qualification. Plus my continued professional development therapy certificates. I am pleased to be a member of The Federation of Holistic Therapist Association.
